Project description: Renovation and complete redesign of this family flat measuring over 100 m² located in the heart of Neuilly-sur-Seine. This project included the creation of a third bedroom, the opening up and design of a bespoke kitchen, and the redistribution of bathrooms and corridors to optimise space. One bedroom was enlarged and fitted with an en-suite shower room and bespoke furniture (dressing room, bookcase) to combine functionality and elegance. Our mission covered the entire project: from design to site supervision, including the furnishing and complete decoration of the flat, while managing all the administrative procedures with the property manager (building permit, structural engineer, etc.).
